Directives concerning the functioning of the National Organizations



To be recognized as a national organization of applied neurobiology according to Dr. Klinghardt, the national organization will have to submit an application form, according to the statutes, to the International Federation of Neurobiology.

The national organization shall also comply with following directives:

1. Organization:  

Each NO keeps its own administration and management in its country.

The NO shall:

  • Be constituted as a legal person in its country.
  • Have a administrative center (post and e-mail address, phone number).
  • Be directed by a person integrated in the country and having met the qualifications required by the I.F.N.
  • Possess a structure and active directive organs, occupied by persons other than the director.

    2. Members:  
  • Any person having an interest for Dr. Klinghardt's method can show his support by becoming member of a NO.
  • The therapists recognized by the I.F.N. must be a member of the NO of their country.

    3. Link with the I.F.N.:  

    The contacts with the I.F.N. must go through its administrative center, the Cinak.

    The NO shall:

  • declare the number of its members once a year within the deadlines.
  • pay the annual fee proportional to the number of its members. This allows the NO to exert its member rights in the general assembly.
  • submit for approval every modification of its statutes to the direction committee of the I.F.N.
  • distribute the information of the I.F.N, the official texts, the scientific articles to its members and assure the accuracy of translations in its country if it is different from the three official languages.
  • send one or several delegates to represent the NO in the GA.

    The I.F.N. shall:

  • Provide administrative support for the NO activities, especially during the setting up phase.
  • Keep the NO informed concerning federation life and about the basis of the method and on scientific topicality - provide new versions of various reference texts in the three official languages.

    4. Education:  
  • Education is managed by an independent national business structure delegated by the International University of Neurobiology for the country in question.

    5. Products merchandising:  
  • Every NO is free to choose his own commercial partners. However, only the products approved by the quality control of Dr. Klinghardt will be certified by the I.F.N. and sold as mentioned.
  • The certified products list, used and recommended by Dr. Klinghardt will be provided by the I.F.N.
