In October we are pleased to announce our first "Patient Call" with Dr. Klinghardt and guest interviewer Cheryl Young, a patient advocate representing Lyme Hope!

Cheryl is a patient of Dr. Klinghardt and his team of practitioners and attributes her new found health to the individual protocols she has received at Dr. Klinghardt's clinic in WA. Cheryl is the founder of Lyme Hope, a resource to patients for support and hope to those with lyme disease! We are happy to offer the lyme community a chance to learn first hand from Dr. Klinghardt!

For those who missed the September call, we are posting the "recipe" by Dr. Dahlgren for the netti pot and auto-urine spray:

The recipe for the Netti pot;

1 cup warm filtered water

1/2 teaspoon sea salt (non-iodized0

1/2 teaspoon baking soda or pleo Alkala

1 teaspoon xylitol

mix together, pour through sinuses 1-2 times per day

Auto-U nasal spray

Collect the SECOND urine of the day, pour into a nasal spray bottle, add 1 drop TriQuench (SSKI). 2 sprays per nostril 2-4 times per day. Replace urine with fresh urine daily.
